Date-sensitive product may belong in pallet flow instead. 3 ### Match the pallet Cart rails need consistent, sound pallets; broken boards cause hang-ups. 4 ### Mix depths Many layouts run 2-deep and 4-deep lanes side by side to match the SKU curve. ## Installation Notes for North Texas Pushback is heavier per bay than selective rack, so beam and frame capacity are sized to a full lane of loaded carts, not one pallet. Material for pushback is less standard than selective steel. We line up shipping and crew scheduling together so carts and rails arrive when installers are ready.
