In this market the range is wide: - Newer 32–40 ft clear tilt-wall bulk buildings at the Inland Port, AllianceTexas, and the Great Southwest Industrial District support tall frames and many beam levels. - Older 18–24 ft clear buildings near Stemmons, Garland, and Mesquite need shorter frames, and column spacing often dictates aisle placement. - Moving between the two? A 48 x 40 pallet at 2,500 lb needs a different beam than one at 1,200 lb. Next comes the truck. Your forklift's lift height and right-angle stacking need set the aisle width, and that choice decides how many rows fit the floor. Narrower aisles add positions but may require a different truck.
