Pallet flow rack loads from one aisle and picks from another, so the oldest pallet always leaves first. That is why it shows up so often in grocery, food and beverage, and cold storage buildings serving Dallas–Fort Worth. (214) 380-2954 ## Built for First-In, First-Out Pallets sit on sloped roller lanes with speed controllers. Replenishment drivers load from the back; pickers work the front face. Separating those two paths keeps loaders and pickers from crossing. In a busy grocery DC, that alone can justify the system. Flow lanes remove most aisles while keeping FIFO intact. Cold environments change roller and brake selection. We specify components for the temperature and pallet type you actually run. ## Design Checkpoints 1 ### Pallet condition Roller lanes need consistent pallet bottoms and board direction. 2 ### Lane depth Matched to how many pallets of each SKU arrive per receipt. 3 ### Pallet weights Lane capacity and beam selection follow your heaviest loads. 4 ### Install scheduling Lanes are staged and installed in sections so receiving and shipping keep running. ## Recent Installations A sample of racking projects completed across the region.
